 The team of 9M6DXX, 9M6XRO, M0URX, MW0JZE, VK2IA, VK8DX and VK8NSB
 will be QRV as 4W6A from Atauro Island (OC-232) from Sep 16-26. They
 will work in CW, SSB and RTTY on 10m-160m with three stations incl.
 two amplifiers, several verticals and vertical dipoles.

 Arnold,WB6OJB, will be QRV again as 7P8JK from Sep 15-22. The last time
 he was working mostly in SSB and some CW on 40m-10m.

 are going to visit Lesotho from Sep 14-26. The group will sign 7P8EME
 mainly in CW on HF up to 50 MHz, on UHF up to 1,296 MHz (no 4m) and on
 2m/6m Tropo, Meteorscatter and EME. This operation is supported by the
 South African Radio League.

7Q, MALAWI
 Eli,IN3VZE, is going to hit the airwaves as 7Q7CE from Club Makokola
 at the coast of Lake Malawi in the southwest of the country between
 Sep 16 and Oct 3. He will work holiday style in SSB/RTTY on 80m-10m.

9H, MALTA, EU-023
 Gabor,HA3JB, is active as 9H3IP von Malta (EU-023) in CW/RTTY/PSK31/
 SSTV/SSB on 80m-10m from Sep 6-27. He plans to take part also in the
 CQWW RTTY Contest. QSOs with him are also good for the HA IPARC award.

 The special event call EG8LM will be activated during the bicentennial
 "Fiestas de Las Marias" from Sep 16-18 only in SSB on 40m/20m/15m/12m/
 10m from AF-004 (DIES-005, WLOTA L 0969). QSL via EA8CNR.

F, FRANCE
 The Clipperton Contest Club is operating the special event station
 TM33LDX during the 33rd meeting of the club until Sep 24.
 QSL via F5CWU. The log will be uploaded to the LoTW as well.

HI, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, NA-096
 After extending the license Yukon John,KL7JR, and his XYL Claire,WL7MY,
 will be active from the northern coast of Hispaniola (NA-096) signing
 HI3/KL7JR in SSB on HF (focus on 12m/17m/40m/80m/6m) until 2013.
 They also plan some experiments with mobile antennas and Wilson FGT-2
 CB mini yagis from their balcony on the 3rd floor. Their equipment
 includes also a Kenwood TS-570D, Ten Tec 599, a vertical loop (10-20m),
 TAK antenna 80 (40m/80m) and others. Skeds are possible via e-mail to

I, ITALY
 Guenter,IA5/DL3NBI, will show up in PSK, RTTY and SSB mostly on 20m
 from Isola del Giglio (EU-028/IIA GR-002) from Sep 14-22.

 IP1/IQ1SP (SSB/CW on HF) and IP1/IK1WVR (SSB on 6m/2m) will be QRV from
 Tino Island (EU-083/IIA SP-002) from Sep 16-18. They have a special
 permission from the Italian navy which allows operation only from
 0800 until 1400 UTC.

JW, SVALBARD, EU-026
 Morten,LA9DFA, will sign JW9DFA from Spitsbergen (EU-026) mainly in CW
 and only little RTTY/SSB on HF and maybe also 6m from Sep 14-19.
 He plans to take part in the Scandinavian Activity Contest (Sep 17/18)
 in CW as JW3C. QSLs for both calls via LA9DFA.

KH0, MARIANA ISLANDS, OC-086
 Al,W6HGF/KH0, will be active from Saipan (OC-086/USI NI002S/WLOTA 1333)
 from Sep 20-30. He will focus on RTTY and joins the CQWW RTTY Contest
 also. Other modes will be used as well, if time permits.
 QSL via LoTW preferred, direct is ok as well.

 from Sep 22-25. They plan to take part in the CQWW RTTY Contest.

 OJ0J will be activated from Sep 19-27 including the WWDX RTTY Contest.

New editor of the DXNL IOTA column
----------------------------------
After becoming the chairman of the DARC Committee for DX and HF Contesting
I had to shift my priorities to other tasks. I am very glad to introduce
the new editor for the IOTA column of the DX Newsletter: Klaus,DL7UXG, born
in 1957 and living in Berlin. Klaus is on the air since 1974 and also held
the callsigns DM4XIG, Y51SL and Y28XL. His main focus lies on award hunting,
IOTA, lighthouses and the WFF program. Klaus is working mostly in CW or
digital modes.

I wish Klaus all the best and success and want to thank everybody for
supporting me with your information.

Island activities:
EU-014, TK, Corsica: Heinz,TK/DF6ZY, will be QRV in SSB/RTTY/PSK31 on
 80m-10m from Sep 18-30. Listen for him on the phone IOTA frequencies
 and also in the CQWW RTTY Contest. QSL via homecall or via bureau.

EU-024, IS0, Sardinia Island: IS0/DL8JJ/m is working from several places
 on the island until Sep 19. QSL via homecall.

EU-189, GM/MM, Isle of Rockall: The same Belgian team which planned an
 activity from Rockall in 2009 will give it another try on Sep 27/28.
 However, this depends on the time they need to get to the island but
 they will work as ON4ATW/mm from the ship. The estimated travel time
 is four days from the port in Antwerpen. If they arrive on the island
 they will use the callsign MM0RAI/p from Rockall.
